Your service is bad customer not satisfied on your service Ihave an issue in my bike my bike has accident on road I will come to your service center and handover the bike to service center on 17feb on cash mentainence. But your service center adviser suggest me parts not available on this time so your bike is ready in 8/10 days but I will come after 15days but bike is not repaired on this time.again your advisor suggest me your bike is ready after Holi. I call your service advisor but your service advisor says give me a more time I will give .but again i will go to your service center in few days later your advisor says give me a more days to repair your bike .I confirm. But I will come again my bike not repaired in 1month I will come after 1 month my bike is not repaired. I will call your service advisor your advisor say parts are coming in service center your bike is handover tomorrow but I will come in service center my bike is not repaired your store in charge say your bike is ready for after 2days so I will go to the service manager your manager is not there and your service advisor say I am service manager of this showroom so I am hang on this issue so I will talk to your all staff member and just now give me a 2 hours to ready my bike .so what kind of your service and what kind of handle to your customer satisfaction. Your service is very bad and your all staff also member are not handling the customer so please give me good suggest for this complain.

I bought a vehicle from rudra and they just keep delaying each and every time..
So is you want yamaha bikes or anything else go with Dehradun Yamaha Showroom but don’t come here..
They don’t know how to talk to the customer they don’t know how to handle customer they don’t take any responsibility
