Rishikesh is a town located in the foothills of Himalaya with a population of more than one lakh. Around 30 thousands people are under the age group of 30 years. Like other parts of Uttarakhand, most of the youths in Rishikesh prepare for education or defence sector. However, banking sector creates much more vacancies every year as compare to any other sector. In Rishikesh, there is a need to help those students who are also interested in making career in banking sector. In present scenario, there is a dearth of coaching institutes in Rishikesh for preparation of banking exams. There are a very few number of institutes meeting the needs of comparitively larger number of students which reflects mismatch in demand-supply ratio. As a consequence, number of students are moving away from their family and hometown and going out to Dehradun, Haridwar or even Delhi to fulfill their dreams.

“Next Step Coaching Institute” was started on 15th January 2018 initially with three students with an objective to cater for the needs of these students who want to pursue their career in banking sector without compromising quality education like in Dehradun, Haridwar and Delhi. “Next Step Coaching Institute” is located beside NH-58 (Opposite Bharadwaj Hospital) within the city with top notch infrastructure. Under the able guidance of Mr. Anoop Singh (faculty), the institute has produced good results within short span of time. “Next Step” is also planning to introduce a facility of conducting online mock test within same complex itself in near future. Study materials and Question banks are also being prepared so that institute doesn’t depend on other outer agencies.
