They provide wifi service. The service is pathetic! You don’t get data speed anywhere closer to the promised plan. There are frequent server issues because of which connection is totally interrupted for several hours to several days. They don’t respond to any issues once they get the installation fee. The owner Vikas Verma is extremely terrible at handling it. Neither do they communicate any timelines of remedy of ongoing issues. Internet is down since last 3 days, and no body is providing any solution, not picking up any calls. There are absolutely no efforts from their side to solve any technical challenge at their end. I HIGHLY CONDEMN THEIR SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY SERVICES FROM THEM.
